I purchased a course, but I can't access it.

If your purchased course is not displaying under My Courses

Kindly select Restore Purchase (Profile > Settings > My Purchases).

If this doesn't solve the issue, please fill in this form and provide us with the following:

1. A copy of the purchase receipt

2. Your Insight Timer login email address

3. If on Android, your Google Play login email address and if on iOS, your iTunes login email address.
