If you can't access the Member Plus features, double-check that you are logged into the correct account. If you are, you may need to restore your purchase by:
- Select Profile
- Select Settings
- Tap Purchases
- Tap the 3dots on the upper right, then click Restore Purchases.

- A copy of your Subscription purchase receipt
