Why Does My Downloaded Track Display as Failed?

This may be because the downloaded file is corrupted. To re-download the file:


  • Select the track.
  • Tap the Remove icon.
  • Select Remove in the pop-up window.
  • Then, tap the Download icon again. Please stay on the screen until the track has 100% finished downloading. Please also make sure you are connected to the internet while downloading.
