How to Report Teachers Promoting External Products or Services
We keep Insight Timer a non-promotional space where community members can practice without distraction. If you encounter a teacher promoting external products, services, or websites, here's how to report it.
During a Live Event
- Tap the three dots (•••) at the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Select Report this event.
- Choose Too Promotional from the options.
In a Group
- Tap the three dots next to the post you want to report.
- Choose Report this post.
- Select Promotional from the subsequent screen.
For Guided Meditations, Talks, and Courses
- Open the Insight Timer app.
- Tap the three dots next to the title of the content.
- Scroll down and select Report a Concern.
- Select Spam or promotional from the subsequent screen.
