If you're not receiving your Daily Reminder on Insight Timer, it's likely due to notification settings on your device. Please follow the updated steps below according to your operating system to ensure notifications are enabled:
For iOS Devices:
- Open your device's Settings.
- Scroll down and select "Insight Timer".
- Toggle on "Allow Notifications".
For Android Devices:
- Open your device's Settings.
- Tap on "Apps & notifications".
- Find and select "Insight Timer".
- Tap on "App notifications" and make sure they are turned on.
Note: The Daily Reminder notification will not be sent if the Insight Timer app is open when the reminder is scheduled to be sent.
