Can I Receive Payouts to a Bank Account in Another Country?
Yes, you can. Tipalti's compliance team must approve the arrangement first.
What Tipalti Needs to Approve Your Request
You'll need to provide two things:
1. Proof of your current residence (dated within the last 60 days, showing your name and address). Acceptable documents include:
- Bank or credit card statement
- Insurance statement or card
- Lease or rental agreement
- Mortgage billing statement
- Phone, utility, or cable bill
2. A brief explanation of why you need payments routed to another country. For example: "I'm a Ukrainian teacher currently living in France."
How to Submit Your Request
- Scan or photograph your document clearly (the entire page should be visible).
- Email the file and your explanation to finance@insighttimer.com. Use the subject line: "Tipalti Compliance: Country of Bank Request."
- Our team will forward your request to Tipalti and keep you updated.
Approval Timeline
Tipalti usually responds within 2–3 business days. Complex cases may take up to a week.
What Happens After Approval
We'll notify you by email once Tipalti approves. Then, return to Dashboard > Payment Settings and finish entering your bank details for the approved country.
