Can I receive my Insight Timer payouts in a country that is different from my registered address?
Yes, but Tipalti’s compliance team must first approve the arrangement.
What does Tipalti need to approve my request?
a) Proof of your current residence (issued within the last 60 days, showing both your name and address). Acceptable documents include:
- Bank or credit-card statement
- Insurance statement or card
- Lease or rental agreement
- Mortgage billing statement
- Phone, utility, or cable bill
b) A brief explanation of why you need payments routed to another country (e.g., “I’m a Ukrainian teacher currently living in France”).
How do I submit these items?
- Scan or photograph the document so the entire page is clear.
- Email the file and your explanation to finance@insighttimer.com (subject line: “Tipalti Compliance – Country-of-Bank Request”).
- Our team will forward the request to Tipalti and keep you updated.
How long does approval take?
Tipalti usually responds within 2-3 business days. Complex cases may take up to a week.
What happens after approval?
We’ll notify you by email. Then, simply return to Dashboard › Settings › Payment and finish entering your bank details for the approved country.
