First, log in to the Teacher Dashboard with your Teacher account details.
If you want to unpublish and/or remove a track:
- Select Tracks or Premium Tracks. It's located on the left pane of the Teacher Dashboard. Find the track you want to unpublish and/or delete.
- To unpublish the track, click Unpublish in the drop-down menu.
- To delete the track, click on Delete in the drop-down menu.
If you want to unpublish and/or remove a course:
If the course is live, kindly let us know so that we can Unpublish it, as currently there is no option available for teachers to do so, and then if you wish to delete it:
- Select Courses. It's located on the left pane of the Teacher Dashboard.
- Click on the pen icon on the top right corner of the course you wish to delete.
- Click on Delete.
Our servers usually take up to 24 hours to refresh, but the track should be immediately removed from the platform. If the track still appears on the app after this period, please contact us at publishers@insight.co.
