To leave a Challenge, please follow these steps:
Open the Insight Timer app.
Go to Challenges via the Library tab or the Saved tab.
Tap the Joined tab.
Select the Challenge you would like to leave.
Tap the three dots (⋯) in the top-right corner of the screen.
Choose Leave This Challenge.
