How Do I Message a Teacher on Insight Timer?

To message a teacher in Insight Timer:

1. Navigate to the teacher's profile in the app.
2. Click the "Follow" button to follow the teacher.
3. Locate and tap the three-dot menu (…) above the donate button.
4. Select "Message Teacher" from the menu options.

Note: Some teachers may have disabled the messaging feature. In this case, you won't be able to send them a message.
