How Can I Delete My Account?

Deleting your Insight Timer account is a permanent action. Once you delete your account, there's no way to get it back—your profile, saved practices, bookmarks, and all your activity history will be removed from our platform. Make sure this is really what you want before you proceed.


How to delete your account

If you've decided to delete your account, here's how to do it in the Insight Timer app:


  1. Open the Insight Timer app and log in with your credentials.
  2. Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner to open the main menu.
  3. Select Settings, which is represented by a gear icon at the bottom of the menu.
  4. Go to Account & Privacy to access your account settings.
  5. Scroll down to the bottom of the Account & Privacy section.
  6. Tap Delete account.
  7. Confirm your choice by tapping Delete Account again and follow any remaining prompts.


Once you complete these steps, your entire account and all associated data will be permanently removed from the Insight Timer platform. This action cannot be reversed, so please be absolutely certain before you proceed.
