If you need to reset your password, you can do so either through the app or the website.
Via the app
- Open the app and select 'I already have an account' on the initial screen.
- Click on 'Forgot password'.
Via the website
You can also reset your password through our website.
If you're unsure of your login email address, please contact our Support team with the following profile details:
- Display name
- Description of profile photo
- Location set on your profile
When creating a new password, please note it should not exceed 14 characters and should not include spaces or the '@' symbol.
Ensure that you are using the same email address as when you first registered. If you do not receive the password reset email, look in your spam, junk, and social email folders. If you still cannot find the email, please reach out to us for additional assistance.
