How to find retreats on Insight Timer?


Via the app: After you finish the meditation, any available retreats offered by the teacher will be displayed.

Via the website: Go to our Retreats page to see all available retreats.


How can I learn more about the retreat?

After finding a retreat, how do I secure my spot?

The first step will be to make a booking via the Insight Timer website, the teacher will then reach out to you to confirm next steps.


What is the 10% deposit I have to pay?

This is the fee collected by Insight Timer to cover the cost of running our retreats platform. It is a non-refundable fee.


What happens after I pay my deposit?

After the deposit is paid you will receive a confirmation email. Your teacher will reach out to you to confirm any details and then organise the payment of the remaining balance.


How can I cancel my retreat booking and request a refund?

You will have to contact your teacher directly to receive a refund - based on their cancellation policy. The Insight Timer deposit is non-refundable.
