To remove a bookmark from a track, please follow these steps:
Open the Insight Timer app and select the Track you would like to remove.
Tap the Bookmark (ribbon icon) again.
Once removed, the Bookmark icon will no longer be highlighted, indicating the track has been taken out of your Bookmarks.
