To access content in other languages:
Open the Insight Timer app on your device.
Tap the menu icon (☰) in the upper-left corner.
Select Settings (gear icon).
Go to Features & Preferences.
Under Preferences, tap Languages.
Toggle on the language(s) you’d like to access.
You can select up to 5 languages at a time.
