Why Is There a Difference Between the Amounts on My Statement and What I Received?

The difference between the amount on your teacher statement and the funds you actually receive is the payment fee. This fee covers payment processing, currency conversion (if applicable), and administrative costs.

Understanding your payments

Here's what happens: Your statement shows your gross revenue from listener donations, MemberPlus subscriptions, and other sources. When we send that money to you through our payment system, a processing fee is deducted to cover the cost of moving funds securely to your account.

This is standard across digital platforms, but we keep it transparent — you can always see exactly what you earned and what fees were applied.
