How Do I Access My Messages in Insight Timer?

To view your messages, follow these steps:

1. Open the Insight Timer app.

2. Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner.

3. Tap Messages.

You’ll see all your conversations listed there. Tap any thread to open and reply.
