The daily quotes that appear when you open Insight Timer are inspiring, but we know they're not for everyone. You can easily turn them off anytime.
Steps to Disable Daily Quotes
- Open the Insight Timer app on your device.
- Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner.
- Scroll down and select Settings.
- Go to Features & Preferences.
- Under Features, find and tap on Opening Sequence.
- Look for the option "Disable Quote as I enter the app" and toggle it on.
Once you've completed these steps, you won't see daily quotes when you open the app. You can turn them back on anytime by following the same steps and toggling the option off.
