- Open the Insight Timer app.
- Tap the three-line menu icon (☰) in the upper-left corner.
- Scroll down and select Settings.
- Look for Account & Privacy.
- Under Privacy, select Profile.
- Choose your desired privacy level.
Privacy Options
- Public Profile — All community members can see your milestones, activities, and friends list. This is a great way to stay connected and inspire others.
