The language used for the app’s interface matches the language settings on your device. You can change this anytime in your device settings.
If you’d like to access Insight Timer content in a different language, please follow these steps:
Open the Insight Timer app.
Tap the three lines (☰) in the top-left corner.
Go to Settings.
Tap Features & Preferences.
Select Languages.
Under Content Language, choose your preferred language.
