Your playlists are your personal collections of meditation, mindfulness, and sleep practices. We've made it easy to find them in the app.
Find Your Playlists
Follow these steps to access your saved playlists:
- Open the Insight Timer app.
- Tap the Saved tab (the fifth icon at the bottom of the screen).
- Select Playlists. If Playlists isn't visible, tap Edit to add it to your shortcuts.
- Go to the Mine tab to view all your personal playlists.
View Your Created Playlists
All the playlists you've created will display in the Mine tab. This is where you can see your yoga sequences, sleep meditation collections, mindfulness practices, or any other custom playlists you've built.
