For the smoothest experience accessing your Teacher Dashboard, we recommend using Google Chrome on your computer. Chrome gives you the best compatibility with all the dashboard features you need.
Clear Your Browser Cache
If you're having trouble accessing the dashboard, clearing your browser's cache often solves the problem. Here's how to do it in Chrome:
- Open Chrome on your computer.
- Click the three dots in the top right corner.
- Select Delete browsing data.
- Choose a time range at the top. To delete everything, select All time.
- Check the boxes next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Click Clear data.
Do a Hard Refresh
After clearing your cache, do a hard refresh on Chrome:
- Mac/iOS users: Hold down Cmd and Shift, then press R on your keyboard.
- Windows/Linux users: Hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button, or hold down Ctrl and press F5.
Try an Incognito Window
You can also try accessing the Teacher Dashboard in an incognito window. This disables extensions and cached data, which can sometimes be causing the issue.
