Teacher Dashboard Basic Troubleshooting Steps

We suggest using Google Chrome on your computer for the best access and viewing experience of the Teacher Dashboard.

In case you encounter issues accessing the Teacher Dashboard, we have listed basic troubleshooting steps below for you to follow. 

Please follow these steps to clear your browser's cache:
  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click the three dots in the top right corner.
  3. Select "Delete browsing data."
  4. Choose a time range at the top. To delete everything, select "All time."
  5. Check the boxes next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files."
  6. Click "Clear data."

After you clear your browser's cache, please do a hard refresh on Chrome by:
  • For Mac/iOS users: Hold down Cmd and Shift and then press R on your keyboard
  • For Windows/Linux users: Hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button or hold down Ctrl and press F5.


You can also try accessing the Teacher Dashboard in an incognito window. 

Once you have completed these steps, go to https://teacher.insighttimer.com/ to access your Teacher Dashboard directly and log in using your email address and password.
