- Purchase the course individually from our website for US$19.99 or US$39.99, depending on the length of the course. The first lesson isavailable for free. You will be prompted to make a payment before starting Lesson 2.
- Purchase a subscription to Member Plus for US$59.99 a year and unlock access to every course on Insight Timer and other premium features.
