How Can I Find My Previous Intentions?

To find your past intentions in the app, follow these steps

1. Click on the Home tab in the main navigation menu.

2. Click on the Intentions section.

3. Click the Recent tab to view all your past intentions.

Please note that once you’ve already set an intention, the options to view Recent and Saved intentions will no longer be available.
