To enable Apple Health, please check the following settings.
- Open the Insight Timer app on your device.
- Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner.
- Scroll down and select "Settings."
- Go to "Account & Privacy".
- Click "Apple Health".
- Toggle on 'Apple Health Mindful Minutes'.
Then, Launch iOS settings.
Open your iPhone Settings.
Tap on Health > Data Access & Devices.
Tap Insight Timer.
Toggle on Mindful Minutes to allow Insight Timer to write data to Apple Health.
If you still don't see the Insight Timer app in the Health section under your iOS settings, please log out of the app, reboot your device and log in again.
