Why Can't I Download Tracks on the App?

If you're having trouble downloading tracks on the app, here are some potential reasons and solutions:

  1. Subscription Status: Downloading and offline listening are features exclusive to our Member Plus subscription. Ensure you're subscribed to access these features.
  2. Storage Space: Check if your device has sufficient storage space. Insufficient space can prevent tracks from downloading.
  3. Download Progress: If a track is not available after initiating download, it may still be in progress. Please wait for the download progress bar to complete.
  4. Internet Connection: A slow or unstable internet connection can interfere with downloads. Ensure you have a stable connection.
