To remove tracks from your Downloads, please follow these steps:
Make sure you are connected to the internet.
Open the Insight Timer app.
Tap the Saved tab (fifth icon at the bottom of the screen).
Select Downloads.
Locate the Track, Course, or Playlist you would like to remove.
Tap the three dots (⋯) beside the content.
Tap Downloaded, then select Remove to confirm.
The content will be removed from your offline downloads.
