If your Apple Watch sessions are not syncing with your iPhone, it’s usually related to connection, permissions, or login issues. Follow the updated steps below to refresh the sync:
Step 1: Check Apple Health Permissions
Open your iPhone Settings.
Tap Privacy & Security.
Select Health.
Tap Insight Timer.
Make sure Mindful Minutes is enabled.
Then open the Insight Timer app:
Tap the three lines (☰) in the top-left corner.
Go to Settings.
Tap Account & Privacy.
Select Apple Health and ensure syncing is turned on.
Step 2: Log Out and Back In
Open the Insight Timer app.
Tap the three lines (☰).
Go to Settings.
Tap Sign Out.
Log back in using your original account details.
Step 3: Restart Both Devices
Close the Insight Timer app on your iPhone.
Restart your iPhone.
Restart your Apple Watch.
Reopen Insight Timer on both devices.
After completing these steps, start a short test session on your Apple Watch and check if it syncs properly to your iPhone.
If the issue continues, make sure both devices are updated to the latest iOS and watchOS versions.
