How Can I Export My Journal Entries on Insight Timer?

If your email account is set up on your mobile device, you can export your Journal entries directly from the app.

Follow these steps:

1. Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner.

2. Tap Journal.

3. Tap the three dots (⋯) in the top-right corner.

4. Select Export Journal.

Your Journal entries will be exported in CSV format, which can be opened using most spreadsheet applications.
