To message a Teacher on Insight Timer, follow these steps:
Tap the Teachers tab at the bottom of the screen.
Go to the My Teachers section (or search for the Teacher).
Select the Teacher’s profile.
Tap Follow if you are not already following them.
Tap the three dots (⋯) above the Donate button.
Select Message Teacher.
Please note that some Teachers may have messaging disabled, in which case the option to message them will not appear.
