How Do I Request a Refund for Services Purchased Outside Insight Timer?

Insight Timer is not responsible for goods or services arranged directly between users and teachers outside the app or website.


We do not endorse, manage, or process payments for services offered externally. As a result, we are unable to provide refunds for purchases made outside the Insight Timer platform.


If you choose to purchase products, sessions, or services directly from a teacher outside the app, those transactions are made at your own discretion and risk. Any refund requests must be directed to the teacher or provider involved.


For a secure and supported experience, we recommend booking events or retreats that are hosted directly within the Insight Timer platform.
