When you purchase a subscription on the Insight Timer app, it will automatically renew on a monthly or annual basis starting from your original purchase date.
Renewals are processed automatically to ensure uninterrupted access to MemberPlus features. You will be charged at the start of each new billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
If you decide to cancel, you may do so at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Please refer to our step-by-step cancellation guide for detailed instructions.
