When you purchase a MemberPlus subscription on Insight Timer, it automatically renews on a monthly or annual basis starting from your original purchase date. Understanding how billing works helps you manage your subscription.
How renewals work
Renewals are processed automatically to ensure uninterrupted access to MemberPlus features and content. You'll be charged at the start of each new billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Your subscription renews on the same date each month (if monthly) or year (if annual). For example, if you subscribe on the 15th of the month, you'll be charged on the 15th every month, or the 15th every year if you chose annual.
Canceling your subscription
You can cancel at any time through your subscription settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period—you won't lose access immediately. After your billing period ends, access to MemberPlus features ends, and you'll revert to the free version of Insight Timer.
