When you're ready to join the Therapist Hub and start supporting your clients with guided meditation, mindfulness, sleep content, yoga, breathwork, and other evidence-based practices, here's what to expect.
Verification process and timeline
Once you submit a complete Mental Health Professional profile, please allow 3 to 5 business days for verification. We'll send you an email as soon as your profile is approved, or if we need any additional information to move forward with your application.
Why therapist verification matters
We verify therapist profiles to build trust and credibility in the community. When your profile is approved, you'll receive a verified badge that signals to the 30 million community members on Insight Timer that you're a licensed or credentialed mental health professional. This badge helps clients choose therapists with confidence when they're looking for between-session support and emotional health resources to complement their therapy.
What you can access after approval
Once approved, you'll have full access to the Therapist Hub's resources. You can share from over 350,000 wellbeing practices including body scans, vagal nerve stimulation, parasympathetic activation, yoga nidra for sleep, meditation, grounding exercises, emotional regulation practices, and trauma-informed content. These ready-to-use tools extend your reach without extending your hours, supporting skill-building and nervous system regulation between sessions.
How to speed up verification
To move through the process faster, ensure your profile is complete with all relevant credentials and certifications. Upload documents to the Teacher Dashboard whenever possible—this helps our team review your application quickly and get you approved to start sharing resources with your clients.
