How Can I Access My Subscription on a New Device?

To access your subscription on a new device, simply log in to the Insight Timer app using the same account details you used on your previous device. Your MemberPlus subscription should appear automatically once you’re signed in.


If premium features remain locked, please restore your purchase:


  1. Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner.

  2. Go to Settings.

  3. Select Subscription & Donations.

  4. Tap Restore Purchases.


This will refresh your subscription access on the new device.
