How to Add a Routine
Building a personalized routine helps you stay consistent with your practice. Here's how to create one:
Steps to Create Your Routine
- Go to the Home tab.
- Under the My Routine section, click + Add an activity.
- In the Name your activity field, type a custom name for your routine, or choose from the Suggested, Practice, Sleep, or other available categories.
- Set the frequency to Everyday, or turn it off if you'd like the routine to appear only for the day.
- To make your routine more meaningful, click Attach a practice to link a timer session, bookmarked meditation, course, or other activity you want to include.
- Once you're happy with how it's set up, click Save.
Your new routine will now show up under the My Routine section on your Home screen. You can add multiple activities to build a full routine, or start simple with just one practice and expand from there. The more you use it, the easier it becomes part of your day.
