Sleep Mode is a feature in the Insight Timer app that automatically stops your meditation or sleep track at the end of your session and locks your device screen—helping you conserve battery and wind down without distractions.
What happens when Sleep Mode is enabled
Once you've activated Sleep Mode for your meditation or sleep practice, here's exactly what you can expect:
Your track will stop playing at the end of the session (or at a specific time you choose if you've set one).
The Add Extra Time option will not appear on your screen.
Your screen will lock automatically after the session ends.
