Login issues are usually caused by entering an incorrect email address or password. It’s also possible that you originally signed up using an Apple ID or Google account, which means you won’t need a password unless you later created one.
Please follow the steps below to regain access to your account.
Via the app:
Open the Insight Timer app.
Tap I already have an account on the welcome screen.
If you signed up with Apple or Google, choose the same method to log in.
If you signed up with email, tap Forgot password and follow the instructions to reset it.
Via the website:
Go to insighttimer.com.
Click Log In.
Select Continue with Apple, Continue with Google, or enter your email.
If using email and you forgot your password, click Forgot Password and follow the reset instructions.
If you cannot remember which email address you used to sign up, please contact us and include the following details so we can help locate your account:
Your profile display name
A brief description of your profile photo
The location listed on your profile
