I’m trying to add my phone number to set up payment preferences, but I can’t move past the verification step. What should I do?

If you enter your phone number and can't move past the verification step, the "Send Code" button may be hidden on your screen.


How to Fix This

We've got two quick solutions for you:


Zoom Out to Reveal the Button

Your browser's zoom level might be hiding the button. Try this:

  1. Press Ctrl (or Cmd) + the Minus (–) key to zoom out on the page.
  2. This should reveal the Send Code button below your phone number field.


Use the Preferred Browser Setup

We recommend using Google Chrome on a computer for the Teacher Dashboard, as it works best with our payment setup flow.


Next Steps
