Only Insight Timer teachers can write for the blog. We welcome thoughtful, original content that serves our community of 30 million practitioners.
Content Standards
Articles must have a minimum of 600 words and should focus on substance over promotion. You can suggest guided meditations from your own library to embed within your article, extending the value for readers who want to practice what they're learning.
