You can create custom folders to organize your favorite practices, courses, and worksheets, which you can then share directly with your clients. We'll walk you through the three available methods below.
Option 1: Via the Saved Tab
- Open the Insight Timer app.
- Tap the Saved tab (the ribbon icon on your screen).
- Tap + New Folder.
- Enter a folder name and tap Save. (You will have the option to make the folder Public or Private).
- Tap the + icon in the top-right corner to add tracks, courses, or playlists.
- Tap the + beside the specific content you want to add.
- Tap Done.
Option 2: Via the Play Screen
- Play any meditation or track.
- On the play screen, tap More (•••) or the Bookmark (ribbon icon).
- Tap Add to Folder.
- Select an existing folder, or tap + New Folder to create a new one.
- If creating a new folder, enter a name and tap Save.
- Tap Done to confirm.
Option 3: Via the Therapist Hub
- Log in to Your Therapist Dashboard: Access the platform using your credentials.
- Navigate to the My Folders section on your dashboard.
- Click on the Create New Folder option.
- Name your new folder. You can also choose whether you want the folder to be Public or Private.
- Add tracks, courses, worksheets, or even specific teachers to your folder.
- Once your folder is set up, you can share it with others by clicking Share to send it via email or by copying the link to distribute as you prefer.
