All live events must follow Insight Timer's Guidelines for Teachers, plus the additional rules below.
Free Access & Donations
All live events on Insight Timer are free for community members. Donations are entirely optional. You may mention donations during your event, but you must not suggest - in the title, description, or during the session - that attendance is dependent on contributions or that donations are mandatory.
No External Promotion
You cannot promote external products, services, websites, books, courses, retreats, or anything outside of Insight Timer during your live session.
No-Shows & Cancellations
If you're unable to host a scheduled event, cancel it from your Teacher Dashboard at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Three no-shows within six months will result in an automatic three-month ban from hosting live events.
Consequences of Non-Compliance
Failure to meet live event requirements and guidelines may result in a temporary or permanent ban from hosting live events and/or from uploading content on Insight Timer.
