Bookmarking lets you save your favorite meditation, mindfulness, or sleep tracks so you can find them easily later.
Here's how:
- Open the Insight Timer app and find the track you'd like to save.
- Tap the Bookmark icon (it looks like a ribbon) next to the track title.
That's it—the track is now added to your Bookmarks. You can also tap Add to Folder to organize your bookmarks into custom folders and keep your library organized however you like.
