If you're having trouble joining a Group, the most common reason is that the Group is set to Private.
How Private Groups Work
Private groups require approval from the Group Admin before new members can join. When you try to join a private group, you'll submit a request to the Admin.
What to Do While You Wait
Your request will show as pending until the Group Admin approves it. You can continue exploring other groups or content on Insight Timer while you wait for approval.
