How Do I Change My Email Address?

To change your Insight Timer login email address, follow these simple steps. This is useful if you want to update to a new email address, recover access to your account, or use a different email that you check more regularly.

Update Your Email Address

You can change your email address directly through the Insight Timer app settings. Here's how:

1. Log in to the Insight Timer app using your current credentials.
2. Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner to open the main menu.
3. Select Settings (gear icon) at the bottom of the screen.
4. Select Account & Privacy from the settings menu, then tap Email & Password.
5. Tap your current email address to edit it.
6. Enter your new email address in the field.
7. Tap Save to confirm the change.

Your email address will be updated immediately, and you'll use this new email address the next time you log in.
