Help, how do I create a Group?

Groups are a great way to connect with like-minded individuals and create deeper connections. Here's how to create a Group:

VIA THE WEBSITE

1. Click here to go to the Insight Timer website.
2. In the left-hand panel is a black plus icon; tapping this launches the Group creation flow.

VIA THE APP

1. Sign In to the app.
2. Go to Connect tab at the bottom of the navigation bar.
3. Select My Groups followed by See All.
4. Click the + sign at the upper right corner of the screen.
5. Choose between a Public or Private Group.
