To access your custom folders in Insight Timer, here's what to do:
- Open the Insight Timer app.
- Tap the Saved tab (the fifth icon at the bottom of the screen).
- Select the Folder you'd like to access. If you don't see the folder, tap Edit in the top-right corner to add it to your shortcut list.
Your folder contents will then be displayed, showing all the mindfulness practices, meditations, and other resources you've saved there.
