How Do I Remove a Track from My Downloads?

Freeing up space on your device is simple. You can remove tracks, courses, or playlists from your downloads anytime, even if you want to keep them bookmarked.


Steps to Remove Downloads

  1. Make sure you're connected to the internet.
  2. Open the Insight Timer app.
  3. Tap the Saved tab (fifth icon at the bottom of the screen).
  4. Select Downloads.
  5. Locate the track, course, or playlist you'd like to remove.
  6. Tap the three dots (⋯) beside the content.
  7. Tap Downloaded, then select Remove to confirm.


The content will be removed from your offline downloads. Don't worry—if it's bookmarked, you can always re-download it later whenever you need it.
